Responsibilities:
- Define product strategy together with product manager lead & create product solutions for both internal and external end-user.
- Conduct benchmarking to understand best practices & gather insights on product improvements.
- Identify product improvements to improve customer metrics
- Use data to understand customer behavior and performance of features.
- Working closely with the engineers throughout the development process .
- Support overall product led growth strategy.
Requirements:
- Undergraduate student in final semesters or fresh graduate from any major, preferably in IT or Business/Management/Industrial Engineering from reputable university.
- Data-driven, both qualitative and quantitative
- Good knowledge of business, users, and technology
- Good communication skills.
- Good analytical thinking and eager to learn.
- Good team player.
- Commitment to do the internship minimum 3 months.
