About the Role
Calling out the problem solvers! The one with eagerness to answer the ‘WHAT’ and ‘WHY’ part of each problem & solution, to help us build the technology platform(s) that organize property data & information, eliminate frictions in property transactions, and digitize the home financing process.
A PM in Pinhome will mainly be doing product discovery, minimizing any risks associated in plan, development, launching, market, and scaling our product. With the love for the customers & impact-oriented mindset, you’re gonna make sure that what gets built is something truly worth building; With the leadership & getting-things-done mindset, you’re also gonna make sure it gets delightfully delivered to our customers.
What You Will Do
- Supporting the product development process by contributing to brainstorming sessions, gathering requirements, and assisting in the creation of product specifications and user stories.
- Assisting in analyzing user data, feedback, and usage metrics to identify opportunities for product improvements and new feature developments.
- Supporting the project management process by assisting in creating project plans, tracking tasks, and helping to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Assisting in creating and maintaining product documentation, including user guides, release notes, and internal documentation for the product team.
- Participating in user testing sessions, collecting user feedback, and helping to incorporate user feedback into the product development process.
- Supporting the product launch process by assisting in the creation of launch plans, coordinating with marketing teams, and helping to ensure a successful product launch.
What You Will Need
- Understanding the Product Lifecycle: Familiarize yourself with the different stages of the product lifecycle, including ideation, development, launch, and ongoing maintenance. Understand the role of a product manager at each stage.
- Basic Project Management Knowledge: Gain a basic understanding of project management principles, including task tracking, timeline management, and resource allocation.
- User-Centric Mindset: Recognize the importance of prioritizing user needs and understanding user behavior to develop products that meet customer requirements and expectations.
- Communication Skills: Develop strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey ideas, requirements, and product updates to cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and customers.
- Team Collaboration: Understand the importance of working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to ensure the successful development and launch of products.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Develop strong problem-solving skills to address challenges and obstacles that arise during the product development process.
- Attention to Detail: Pay attention to details when documenting product requirements, creating user stories, and managing project-related documentation.
