We’re looking for a Product Manager Intern to join our Product team, to help grow our team across Asia.
The mission of this role is to drive product implementations, with the north star to increase the effectiveness of Glints’ Marketplace products and accelerate revenue growth.
You will drive hands-on roadmap & product development execution. You will work alongside our team of world class product managers, designers, researchers, data analysts, and engineers on the delivery of our Marketplace Products in order to build up a career knowledge sharing ecosystem
What You'll Be Doing
- Be deeply familiar with the company’s product strategy and OKRs to support Product Managers to develop the product backlog, prioritize user stories and track product outcomes/metrics to best meet product goals
- Be deeply familiar with internal business stakeholders to understand their mission and expectation for the products.
- Collaborate with a squad of engineers, designers and user researchers to reliably execute discovery and delivery sprints. Consistently minimize product risk and ship high impact features which generate user & business value
- Identify user pain points and insights through supporting user research logistics, handling User Feedback Loop and executing data analytics in order to define the core problem to be solved
- Carrying out the implementation of new internal documentation processes through the product vertical and establishing regular cadences to update product documentation regularly
