About the Role
We are looking for a highly analytical and adaptable Product Manager (Fraud Detection System) to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in problem-heavy environments, enjoys working with complex and abstract concepts, and can drive product decisions through structured thinking and data-backed reasoning. Prior experience in fraud, risk, or analytics-related roles is a plus, but not mandatory. More importantly, we are looking for candidates with strong learning potential, analytical depth, and resilience in navigating ambiguity.
🔧 Job Responsibilities
1. Define and own the bank-wide fraud product strategy and long-term roadmap
2. Translate fraud strategy into product requirements and lead end-to-end implementation of fraud controls across the customer lifecycle
3. Align with cross-functional team to set strategic priorities, and drive initiative prioritization based on impact & feasibility.
4. Act as product owner for the whole fraud management system—fraud checks, identity verification, case management, reporting/analytics, playbooks.
5. Partner with Data Science teams to deploy AI/ML models & drive continuous improvement.

2. Experience in impact sizing or analytical decision-making is a strong plus.

1. Ability to explain complex concepts in simple, layman terms.
2. Confident to speak up, raise concerns, and challenge ideas respectfully.
3. Prefer depth of thinking over overly polished or sales-like communication.
Adaptability & Resilience
1. Comfortable working with ambiguity and changing priorities.
2. Able to make progress even with incomplete information.
Nice to Have
1. At least 2–4 years of experience in fraud, risk, analytics, or data-driven product roles.
2. Exposure to technical systems, logic flows, or data processes.
