Job Description :
- Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for banking products.
- Gather, analyze, and prioritize business and customer requirements.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to identify product opportunities.
- Collaborate with engineering, UX/UI, operations, risk, and compliance teams to deliver high-quality product releases.
- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and continuous improvement.
- Prepare business cases, product requirement documents (PRD), and user stories.
- Monitor product performance using KPIs and customer feedback to drive enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations, internal policies, and security standards.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production rollout activities.
- Support go-to-market strategies, product training, and stakeholder communication.
Minimum Qualifications :
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Product Manager in the banking or financial services industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience managing banking products such as Digital Banking, Payments, Loans, Deposits, or Credit Cards.
- Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle and Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Ability to gather business requirements, define product features, and create user stories or product documentation.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Business, Technology, Operations, and Compliance.
- Familiarity with banking regulations and digital banking trends is an advantage.
