Product Manager β ERP & Procurement
Employment Type: Contract (3 Months, Extendable)
About the Role
onbehalf our client at IT industry, We are looking for a Product Manager β ERP & Procurement to develop and improve ERP procurement solutions. You will work closely with business users and the engineering team to deliver features that support purchasing, inventory, finance, and approval processes.
Responsibilities
- Manage ERP Procurement product features and roadmap.
- Gather and analyze business requirements.
- Create PRD, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
- Work with Procurement, Finance, Warehouse, QA, and Engineering teams.
- Ensure procurement modules integrate with inventory and finance systems.
- Support UAT and ensure solutions meet business requirements.
- Improve product features based on user feedback and business needs.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Manager, Business Analyst, or ERP Consultant.
- Strong understanding of ERP and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
- Experience with Purchase Request, Purchase Order, Vendor Management, Goods Receipt, Invoice, and Approval Workflow.
- Able to create PRD, BRD, user stories, and UAT scenarios.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience with SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, NetSuite, Accurate, or other ERP systems.
- Experience in Retail, Distribution, Manufacturing, or F&B industries.
- Knowledge of 3-way matching (PO, GRN, Invoice).
- Interest in AI, Generative AI, and business process automation.
