π Job Description:
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis covering market trends, pricing, product specifications, customer needs, promotions, and competitor activities.
- Identify market needs and opportunities for product development.
- Lead the product development process from product concept, development coordination, to product launch.
- Provide product knowledge and technical explanations to the Sales Team and customers.
- Develop and communicate product information including functions, specifications, advantages, applications, and product usage.
- Support product marketing strategies and identify opportunities to improve product performance in the market.
π Requirements:
- Male/Female, minimum Bachelorβs Degree (S1) from any discipline; preferably Marketing, Management, Business, Strategic Management, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Product Marketing, Product Development, Marketing, Sales, or related fields, preferably in a managerial/supervisory role.
- Strong market and product analysis skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Good English proficiency.
- Trainer/Training skills are a plus.
- Creative, commercially aware, and able to identify product development opportunities.
- High mobility and able to work independently as well as in a team.
