Position: Product Manager (B2B Music Platform)
Job Description
* Act as the primary liaison between B2B clients and internal teams to ensure the successful implementation and ongoing use of Velodiva's music platform and services.
* Conduct client requirement gathering, site assessment, and solution sizing to recommend the most suitable music service, including MaaS and non-MaaS solutions.
* Coordinate and monitor end-to-end implementation projects with Technical, Operations, and Field teams to ensure timely deployment and service quality.
* Manage client onboarding, provide product consultation, and advise on music zoning, playlist strategy, and content requirements aligned with business objectives.
* Handle customer inquiries, service issues, and escalations by collaborating with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
* Gather customer feedback, identify business needs, and translate insights into product enhancement recommendations in collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Music teams.
* Maintain project documentation, implementation reports, and customer records while ensuring compliance with project timelines and service level agreements (SLA).
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
* Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Executive, Project Manager, Implementation Consultant, Customer Success Manager, or similar B2B client-facing role.
* Proven experience managing product implementation, client onboarding, or solution delivery for SaaS, digital platforms, managed services, or technology-based products.
* Strong project coordination, stakeholder management, and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and customer-oriented mindset with the ability to understand business requirements and propose effective solutions.
* Comfortable conducting client visits, site assessments, and managing multiple implementation projects simultaneously.
* Fluent in English, both spoken and written, with strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.
* Experience in hospitality technology, music streaming, media technology, retail solutions, or commercial B2B services is an advantage.
