Main Responsibilities:
- Lead Business Unit, overseeing all aspects of marketing, training, and after-sales support
- Motivate, orient and supervise product and application specialists
- Conduct market analysis, develop product strategy, and set targets
- Manage product promotion, training, and support for the sales force
- Provide training and support for customers
- Directly manage Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) relationships
- Serve as the primary interface with the principal/supplier
Experience & Skills:
- Maximum age of 35
- Minimum D3/S1 in Electromedic, Biomedical Engineering, OT Nursing, Medical Physicist, or as a Medical Doctor
- Previous experience in the same field required
- Fluent in English and proficient with computers
- Possess a dynamic personality with strong ambition to succeed
- Excellent presentation skills
- Familiar with market analysis and promotion strategy
