Product Management Specialist

We’re looking for a strategic and results-driven Product Manager to lead the end-to-end development of new products — from concept and pricing to launch and revenue growth. You will work across departments to ensure each product hits the right market, delivers value to customers, and achieves its business goals.

What You’ll Do

• Identify market opportunities and customer needs for new product lines.

• Develop product concepts, value propositions, and unique selling points (USP).

• Define pricing strategies to maximize profit and stay competitive.

• Set and monitor revenue targets for each product.

• Collaborate with R&D or suppliers to ensure product quality and standards.

• Build go-to-market strategy including packaging, launch, and distribution.

• Establish partnerships with relevant sales channels (retail, e-commerce, B2B, etc).

• Coordinate with creative, marketing, and sales teams to support product success.

• Analyze product performance and suggest improvements or enhancements.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years experience in Product Management

• Strong commercial thinking and analytical skills.

• Good understanding of pricing, SKU planning, and channel distribution.

• Experience working with cross-functional teams (marketing, design, operations).

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
