We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Product Intern to join our SIM-RS team at Tamtech International. In this role, you will work closely with our Associate Product Manager and cross-functional teams to learn how to translate user needs into clear, actionable documents (PRD, BRD, user stories, etc.). Your primary focus will be on creating, maintaining, and organizing product documentation that supports feature development and aligns with our business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Product Manager in drafting PRD (Product Requirement Documents) and BRD (Business Requirement Documents), analyzing and prioritizing stakeholder needs into clear functional specifications
- Create flowcharts, process diagrams, and user stories to illustrate workflows, dependencies, and acceptance criteria for SIM-RS features
- Collaborate with UX/UI Designer to integrate wireframes and mockups into requirement documents
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing test scripts, checklists, and defect logs based on PRD/BRD, and monitor feature progress in the sprint backlog
- Assist in conducting market research or benchmarking on hospital information systems, then summarize insights to inform documentation and product strategy
- Collaborate with implementation teams to facilitate management of client feedback, feature requests, and reported issues
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Health Management or related field
- Familiarity with (or eagerness to learn) basic product documentation practices, including writing user stories, feature descriptions, acceptance criteria, and creating flowcharts or process diagrams
- Strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple document deliverables with overlapping deadlines
- Self-motivated, proactive in asking clarifying questions and open to feedback
