Implementor / System Implementor
📍 Kelapa Gading, Jakarta Utara | Onsite
Qualifications:
Minimum Diploma (D3) / Bachelor’s Degree (S1) Accounting
1–3 years of experience in IT system implementation or application support
Strong understanding of database management (SQL/MySQL/Oracle)
Familiar with manual testing, UAT, and post-go-live support
Ability to communicate effectively with non-technical users
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Able to provide user training and technical documentation
Nice to Have:
Experience with ERP / HRIS / Accounting systems
Basic knowledge of networking or cloud environments
Relevant IT certifications (ITIL, Microsoft, SAP, etc.)
