Deskripsi pekerjaan Product Genius Officer BMW Tunas
The Product Genius Officer responsible for BMW product knowledge, product training, sales coaching, customer product presentations, and supporting Sales & Marketing activities. Manage training and certification programs while ensuring continuous development of the sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of BMW products, including features, technologies, specifications, and competitive advantages.
- Conduct product training and refresher training for Sales Consultants, Sales Supervisors, and Branch Managers.
- Assist walk-in customers by providing detailed information and demonstrations of BMW products, features, and technologies.
- Deliver a premium and informative customer experience through effective product presentations and demonstrations.
- Support Sales and Marketing activities, including product launches, exhibitions, gatherings, and company events as a product expert.
- Coordinate with BMW Indonesia Training Center regarding training programs, certifications, and sales team competency development.
- Provide recommendations to the Sales Manager regarding training, coaching, and certification needs.
Requirement:
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any major; preferably Automotive, Industrial Engineering, Management, Marketing, Communication, or related fields.
- 1–2 years of experience in Automotive Sales, Product Specialist, Product Genius, Trainer, or a related position is preferred.
- Strong knowledge and interest in automotive products, vehicle features, and the latest automotive technologies.
- Excellent presentation, training, public speaking, coaching, and facilitation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with customers and employees at various levels.
- Customer-oriented with a strong focus on delivering an excellent customer experience.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Willing to participate in training and certification programs required by the company and principal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Proficiency in English is an advantage.
