About the Role

PT Indo Krisna Teknologi is looking for a Junior Product Engineer – Zoho to support the configuration, customization, and implementation of Zoho solutions for our clients.

You will work closely with senior consultants across the Zoho ecosystem, including Zoho One, CRM, Creator, Books, Desk, and Workplace, and support client projects from implementation through post-go-live support.

Key Responsibilities

* Configure Zoho CRM modules, layouts, workflows, blueprints, and custom functions

* Develop basic Deluge scripts

* Build and maintain applications using Zoho Creator

* Configure Zoho Books, including chart of accounts, invoicing, and basic Indonesian tax settings

* Support Zoho Desk setup, ticketing workflows, SLAs, and omnichannel support

* Assist with Zoho Workplace deployment and migration

* Support data migration, system integration, and automation using Zoho Flow, REST API, and webhooks

* Participate in requirement-gathering and UAT

* Prepare implementation and configuration documentation

* Provide post-go-live troubleshooting and client support

Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field

* 1–3 years of hands-on experience with Zoho applications

* Experience with at least several of the following: Zoho CRM, Creator, Books, Desk, or Workplace

* Working knowledge of Deluge scripting

* Familiarity with REST APIs, integrations, Zoho Flow, and webhooks

* Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia

* Working proficiency in English

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

* Able to communicate with clients and manage multiple tasks/projects

Preferred

* Zoho certification (CRM Administrator, Creator, or Books)

* Previous experience working with a Zoho Partner or consulting firm

* Exposure to GreytHR or other HRMS platforms

* Basic understanding of Indonesian tax/accounting concepts, particularly PPN
