Role Description
As a Product Development at Her Crown Story, you will play a key role in developing innovative hair care products from concept to launch. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and manufacturing partners to ensure every product aligns with our brand vision, market trends, and consumer needs.
This role requires strong project management skills, attention to detail, and a passion for creating high-quality products. You will be responsible for managing the product development process, coordinating with suppliers and manufacturers, and ensuring projects are delivered on time.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end product development process, from concept and formulation to production and launch.
- Coordinate with manufacturers, suppliers, and other external partners throughout the product development cycle.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify consumer trends and product opportunities.
- Work closely with the Brand, Regulatory Affairs, and Creative teams to ensure product readiness.
- Prepare and review product specifications, artwork, packaging, and technical documents.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure milestones are achieved according to schedule.
- Coordinate product testing, sample evaluations, and product improvements.
- Support product registration and ensure all required documentation is completed.
- Maintain accurate product development records and documentation.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Product Development, preferably in the beauty, personal care, cosmetics, or FMCG industry.
- Strong understanding of the product development process, from concept to commercialization.
- Experience working with manufacturers and cross-functional teams.
- Familiar with packaging development, artwork review, and production processes.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proactive, analytical, and solution-oriented.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Willing to work full WFO in Sunter, North Jakarta.
