Deskripsi pekerjaan Product Development PT Pratama Interdana Finance
Responsibilities
1. Develop and improve user retention initiatives to increase repeat usage, customer stickiness, and long-term product engagement.
2. Drive user activation initiatives to convert registered, approved, or inactive users into active transacting users.
3. Analyze user behavior, transaction patterns, customer segments, and drop-off points to identify retention and activation opportunities.
4. Support financing partnership development by coordinating product flow, partner requirements, transaction process, and business implementation.
5. Support brand-related projects, including product setup, partner coordination, project follow-up, and performance monitoring.
6. Coordinate with Business, Product, BA/Data, Sales, Operations, Risk, Legal, Finance, and external partners to ensure smooth execution of product initiatives.
7. Prepare product documentation, business requirements, process flows, performance reports, and presentation materials.
Qualifications
1. Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Management, Information Systems, or related field.
2. Minimum 2–4 years of experience in product development, preferably in multifinance and BNPL industry.
3. Strong understanding of multifinance/BNPL industry regulations, and partner-based business models.
4. Ability to analyze user data, transaction performance, customer segments, and product performance to identify improvement opportunities.
5. Able to coordinate with internal teams and external partners to support product execution and business improvement.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; basic SQL or dashboard knowledge is a plus.
7. Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English; fluency in Mandarin is a plus.
