Job Descriptions:
- Manage the end-to-end product development process: from concept to production and launch
- Has a good understanding of skincare or personal care product
- Coordinate product testing, sample evaluation and product improvements
- Coordinate with manufacturers, suppliers, and other external partners throughout the product development cycle
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify consumer trends and product opportunities
- Work closely with the Brand Managers and Creative teams to ensure product readiness
- Review product specifications, artwork, packaging and technical documents.
- Maintain accurate product development records and documentation
Requirements: - Sarjana (S1) di bidang Kimia, Farmasi, Bioteknologi, atau bidang terkait.
- Berbahasa Inggris atau Mandarin adalah sebuah keunggulan
- Pengalaman kerja minimal 1-2 tahun di industri kosmetik atau perawatan kulit lebih diutamakan.
- Pengetahuan dasar tentang bahan-bahan kosmetik dan regulasi terkait.
- Keterampilan analitis yang baik dan perhatian terhadap detail.
- Kemampuan bekerja dalam tim dan komunikasi yang baik.
- Kreativitas dan kemampuan memecahkan masalah.
- Motivasi tinggi dan keinginan untuk belajar dan berkembang dalam industri kosmetik.
