Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, or Chemical Engineering.
- Experience in Product Development, preferably within the beauty industry.
- Have strong analytical skills to evaluate ingredients and product formulations.
- Creative and innovative in developing new formulas and improving existing products.
- Have sensitivity to emerging trends and market needs in the beauty industry.
Responsibilities
- Conduct a comparative study about competitor's product, hero ingredients, and packaging recommendations.
- Create a new product launching concept through in-depth research based on the market trends.
- Conduct product sample review and user panel test.
- Engage internal and external end users to gather insight that informs product decisions.
- Create product knowledge and guidelines for product launching.
- Work with factories to create product samples, concept development, and other preparation to launch new product.
