Job Desc
- Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from concept ideation to commercial launch.
- Develop the product roadmap based on market opportunities, customer insights, and business objectives.
- Conduct and oversee market research, competitor analysis, and product positioning to identify growth opportunities.
- Define product requirements, specifications, and quality standards for new and existing products.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with R&D, Production, Marketing, Design, Procurement, and external suppliers to ensure successful product launches.
- Oversee packaging development, ensuring functionality, brand consistency, cost efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
- Manage product development timelines, budgets, priorities, and project milestones to ensure on-time execution.
- Drive continuous product improvement through customer feedback, product performance analysis, and market trends.
- Establish and maintain quality standards throughout the product development process.
- Evaluate product performance after launch and recommend improvements to maximize business results.
- Identify and manage product risks, ensuring timely resolution of technical, operational, or supply-related issues.
- Mentor and develop Product Development team members while fostering collaboration and innovation
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Product Development / Project Management
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Excellent problem-solving skills, proactive mindset for creative idea and solutions
- Analytical and strategic thinking skills for identifying opportunities for innovation and growth
- Proficiency in project management tools
- Detail-oriented with focus on quality and deadlines
- Full knowledge about the product that you are going to develop
- Preferably interested in Mom & Baby, Bedding Industry
