Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Product Design or Industrial Design
- Minimum 4 year of relevant work experience in product process development in manufactur
- Able to read and understand technical drawings & 3D tools (AutoCAD, Adobe Illustrator, Rhino, etc) and also proficient in project management tools and software.
- Prefer in stainless steel flatware manufactur
- Understanding of product and process development, with the ability to follow New Product Development processes
- Strong product and brand development knowledge, planning and strategy, market research, promotions (ATL & BTL), brand communication, and digital marketing
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and presentation skills
- Proficient in computer literacy and technologically savvy
- Fluent in both spoken and written English
- Placement at Sidoarjo-Buduran

- Prepare and develop new product concept

- Create and implement marketing plans to build brand awareness and support brand image
- Conduct research for marketing and product/brand development strategies, including brand awareness, marketing activities, and digital marketing
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support brand image and awareness
- Responsible for branding, positioning, and launching products
- Work closely with the production team to ensure manufacturability and scalability of product formulations
- Assist in creating product documentation, including formulation details, technical specifications, and regulatory filings
