- Create a new product concept through in-depth research based on market trends.
- Know about making cosmetics in terms of concept or implementation.
- Involve in a new product development project.
- Do a market analysis of the products.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan new products.
- Support manufacturing and design activities by developing prototypes for products in development.
Qualifications :
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree
- Have a minimum of three years of experience in product development, preferably in the personal care or cosmetics industry.
- Passionate to be working in the beauty and health industry.
- Good analytical thinking and initiative to take solutions.
- Fluent in English.
- Good in communication, and coordination across departments.
- Know how to apply makeup in daily formal makeup also art painting.
- Good in computer: Microsoft Office, canva and other computer software.
- Work well within a team and individually.
- Willing to work at Cikupa - Tangerang
