WHAT YOU'LL DO
🔍 Research Beyond the Obvious
Go beyond surface-level research. Analyze trends, benchmark global best practices, and uncover insights that inspire meaningful new products and experiences.
💡 Design with Intention
Transform ideas into impactful products by balancing participant needs, learning outcomes, creativity, business objectives, feasibility, and scalability.
🤝 Negotiate Win-Win Partnerships
Identify the right partners, build lasting relationships, and negotiate collaborations that create exceptional experiences while creating mutual value.
🚀 Build Together
Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Marketing, Operations, Coaches, Mentors, and external partners—to bring products to life. Coordinate implementation, gather feedback, and continuously refine every experience.
WHO THIS ROLE IS FOR

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Fresh graduates with strong curiosity and initiative are welcome.
- Experience in product development, project management, partnerships, consulting, events, hospitality, business, education, or related fields is a plus.
Skills
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Good project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to think creatively while staying detail-oriented.
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and solving complex problems.
Bonus if you have
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Product Management, Business or related fields, or
- Japanese, Korean, or Mandarin language skills.
