Responsibilities:
- Identify, follow, and analyze market trends, consumer needs, and competitor products to uncover opportunities for new product ideas and innovation.
- Create and implement effective product marketing strategies for both new and existing products to drive growth and strengthen brand positioning.
- Conduct research and gather customer feedback to inform the product development process and ensure product–market fit.
- Work collaboratively with design and internal teams to develop product concepts, specifications, and prototypes that reflect the brand’s identity and meet customer expectations.
- Oversee the end-to-end product development process — from concept, design, testing, to production — ensuring timely execution and quality standards.
- Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to design marketing materials, advertisements, and promotional content that effectively communicate product value.
- Ensure all marketing strategies are aligned with product innovations, improvements, and overall brand direction.
- Analyze campaign performance and market data to assess the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Partner closely with marketing teams to ensure new products align with broader marketing strategies and evolving consumer demands.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in product marketing, brand management, or product development (experience in fashion, lifestyle, or wellness industry is a plus).
- Strong understanding of market research, consumer insight, and product positioning.
- Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Creative, trend-savvy, and passionate about creating products that resonate with customers.
- Able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
