-Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research by analyzing current market trends.
- Regularly perform market surveys to track trends in advertising spaces.
- Understand and present market data that aligns with the needs of the sales team or clients.
- Responsible for developing and overseeing the Product Development division.
- Develop both indoor and outdoor advertising locations.
- Create short-term and long-term work plans.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports for top management.
- Identify new business opportunities and market gaps that can enhance the company's product offerings.
Collaborate with the creative and sales teams to develop innovative advertising solutions.
- Maintain and update a competitive analysis database to understand market positioning.
- Manage relationships with vendors and partners to ensure the best advertising locations and equipment.
- Ensure all product developments comply with local regulations and industry standards.
- Oversee the implementation of new products, ensuring they meet client expectations and company standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Diploma in Creative Multimedia, Advertising, or equivalent.
- Languages required: Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in media, advertising, or product development.
- Preferably experience as a Manager/Assistant Manager in Advertising/Media Planning.
- Proven experience in managing billboards, mall branding, and LED displays.
- Strong understanding of market data, research, and trend analysis.
- Familiarity with working in an advertising agency or media (TV, radio, or print).
- Experience in developing both indoor and outdoor advertising locations.
- Ability to develop and present market surveys and reports tailored for sales teams or clients.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to create and execute long-term and short-term work plans.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team collaboration skills.
