As a Product Development Intern at Qwiik, you will play a critical role in our mission to deliver technology solutions that directly impact our customers and their end users while maintaining excellent customer relations and professionalism. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in product development and customer management within a dynamic and rapidly growing multinational company.
What you will be doing:
1. Product Development: Collaborate with the product development team to create, enhance, and maintain Qwiik products. Contribute to the development of new features and improvements by gathering user requirements and market insights.
2. Product Deployment: Working with the existing product team to gather requirements from new and existing customers to enhance and deploy the product across multiple countries.
3. Customer Relations: Serve as a vital point of contact for our customers, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly. Collect and analyze customer feedback to drive product enhancements.
4. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies. Conduct market research to identify opportunities for product innovation.
5. Documentation: Create and maintain product documentation, user guides, and training materials to assist customers in utilizing our product effectively.
6. Product signoff: Participate in final signoff and quality assurance for product launches and releases.
Desirable:
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or any related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers and understand their needs.
