Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun di industri fashion, khususnya desain busana muslim wanita.
Memiliki portofolio desain yang relevan dengan konsep modest fashion atau muslim wear.
Menguasai proses desain mulai dari riset tren, sketsa, pemilihan bahan, hingga finalisasi produk
Mahir menggunakan software desain seperti Adobe Illustrator, CorelDraw, Photoshop, atau CLO 3D
Memahami karakter bahan kain dan teknik jahit, terutama yang relevan untuk busana muslim.
Mampu membuat tech pack dan bekerja sama dengan tim produksi/pola untuk proses sampling dan produksi massal.
Memiliki kreativitas tinggi dalam menciptakan desain yang stylish namun tetap sesuai dengan prinsip modesty.
Mampu bekerja dalam tim, terbuka terhadap feedback, dan memiliki komunikasi yang baik dengan divisi lain (produksi, marketing, dll).
Inisiatif dan mampu mengembangkan koleksi berdasarkan tema atau musim tertentu (Raya, Lebaran, Daily, Formal, dll).
Memahami konsep sustainability dalam fashion.
Pernah terlibat dalam proses photoshoot, styling, atau campaign brand fashion muslim.

Cecylia Emeraldye, our founder's first name, inspired the name CE HOMEWEAR. Our brand was inspired by a hobby and a strong interest in fashion. Our founder had already established a parent brand called CE COLLECTION before launching CE HOMEWEAR. The brand specialized in selling imported fashion items from Bangkok and China. Everything changed when the pandemic struck. The covid-19 virus was haunting the entire world, including Indonesia, at the time in 2020. This made it impossible for our founder to process imported goods. Because of the presence of this impediment, our founder worked hard to maximize new opportunities by developing exclusive fashion products that are comfortable to wear and can be used at home or for outdoor activities. This circumstance resulted in the creation of the CE HOMEWEAR brand.
