About the role
We are seeking a talented and driven Product Development Executive to join our team. In this full-time position based in Batam, you will play a crucial role in shaping the development and enhancement of our Group's tourism related services and products.
What you'll be doing
- Conduct market research and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for new product development and improvements to existing offerings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business units to conceptualize and design innovative services and products that meet the needs of our customers
- Develop comprehensive product roadmaps and implementation plans to ensure successful delivery of new and improved offerings
- Seek to engage partnerships and collaborations with external parties that synergize with our services and products
- Monitor product performance and customer satisfaction, making data-driven decisions to optimize the product portfolio
- Contribute to the development of marketing and communication strategies to effectively promote our product innovations
- Evaluate and upgrade service excellence quality and implementation
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our products remain competitive and aligned with evolving customer preferences
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in any related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in the tourism or transport industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret market data and customer insights
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
