Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience in Merchandising or Research & Development (R&D) is an advantage.
- Strong reporting and data analysis skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Good English communication skills are preferred.
- Strong communication skills, innovative mindset, and proactive attitude.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and verify the arrival of development materials and accessories.
- Propose innovative ideas and new processes that can be implemented by the factory and presented to buyers.
- Receive sample requests and estimate sample delivery timelines.
- Analyze and follow up on development processes to ensure targets and deadlines are achieved.
Coordinate with relevant departments to support the smooth execution of product development activities.PT.
