GeekPlanner - Product Development & Marketing (Aepura)
GeekPlanner is hiring for our sister brand (Aepura) which focuses on personal care products such as Shampoo & Conditioner
Location: Grogol, Jakarta Barat
Employment: Permanent employee with 3 months probation period
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Product Management: Lead the product development lifecycle from initial concept to launch, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with brand goals.
- Concept & Innovation Strategy: Conduct market and trend research to conceptualize new hair care products, including formula direction, ingredient selection, fragrance profiles, packaging design, and product copywriting.
- Consumer & Formula Testing: Plan and execute regular consumer research studies and product formulation tests to validate efficacy, texture, and consumer satisfaction.
- Performance & Claim Optimization: Track development timelines to meet launch deadlines and selling-point analysis to differentiate products.
Requirements
- Experience: 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Product Development or Product Marketing (preferably in Personal Care/Beauty).
- Regulatory Knowledge: Solid understanding of BPOM regulations, compliance standards, and legal frameworks governing the hair care industry.
- Consumer & Product Insight: In-depth understanding of consumer hair care needs, pain points, and how to translate them into compelling product claims and selling points.
