Job Description:
- Analyse and research the competitive landscape, customers, product metrics, and latest trends to identify opportunities to fill product gaps and generate new ideas
- Improve customer experience through UI/UX design that will drive growth and conversion
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
- Drive the adoption or incubation of business models with thousands of customers and merchant partners
- Working closely with tech, design, operation, and marketing teams to implement new features and enhancements
- Driving continuous improvement to the products with a focus on growth, customer satisfaction, and retention.
Requirement:
- At least 1-3 years of similar experience, especially in e-commerce firms
- At least Bachelor’s degree in Design or other related technical fields
- Solid background in website and app design across multiple verticals
- Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate -recommendations to executive management and improvement to the tech team
- Programming experience, payments experience and automotive enthusiast will be a huge plus
