Deskripsi pekerjaan Product Designer PT Hydrax Teknologi Indonesia
Hydra X builds enterprise-grade, regulation-compliant infrastructure for digital capital markets, covering tokenisation, issuance, trading, and custody of traditional and tokenised assets. We work with banks and financial institutions across Asia. The problems are hard and the regulatory bar is high. If that sounds like the kind of environment where you do your best work, we'd like to talk.
We're looking for a Product Designer who's equally comfortable building product logic, writing a spec and designing the screen. You'll work on our multi-asset exchange platform: order entry, trade execution, market data, and portfolio management for institutional clients.
The workflows are complex and institutional users are difficult to access, so you need to make the most of every touchpoint. The best person for this role understands the business logic well enough to write a PRD an engineer can build from, then designs an interface that makes that logic feel simple. We use AI tools to move faster and expect the same from everyone on the team.
Responsibilities:
- Write PRDs that cover the full picture: business logic, edge cases, regulatory requirements, and enough technical detail (API behaviour, data schemas, state transitions)
- Design flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes for exchange features
- Work directly with engineers through sprint planning, backlog refinement, and build from the start to the end
- Talk to institutional clients and translate what you learn into product and design decisions
- Coordinate with compliance, legal, and operations when features touch regulated workflows
- Use AI tools (Figma Make, Cursor, Claude) to draft specs, generate wireframes, and pressure-test edge cases faster
- Contribute to building a team culture where growth is highly valued
Requirements:
- 3–5 years in product design. You've shipped B2B products with real complexity, ideally in fintech, trading, or capital markets. You've written product specs before, not just annotated designs
- A portfolio is required to apply. Your portfolio should show both the screens and the thinking behind them. It should also show the impact you brought to the business
- Strong Figma skills: components, variables, prototyping
- You can write a PRD that an engineer actually finds useful
- Comfortable in ambiguity; you ask good questions before jumping to solutions
- Fluent in English, written and spoken
- Enough understanding of front-end to know what's easy, what's hard, and what to push back on
- Uses AI to build product end-to-end, not just to optimise individual tasks
- Bonus if you have experience with exchange mechanics (order types, matching, price feeds), capital markets, blockchain or trading
