Principal Accountabilities

Responsible for the look and feel of a product from every angle.
Work towards achieving goals and targets related to product design together with the product managers and stakeholders
Builds and maintains working relationships with product managers, engineers and other departments involved in the projects
Responsible for ensuring that everything is easy, intuitive, and straightforward, so nobody feels lost or confused.

Competency Requirement

Able to use sketching, wire-framing, or other design tools to create ideas that could become actual products.
Able to measure KPIs and make sure the product becomes what it’s supposed to be.
Solid UXUI design background (UX research, user flows, wireframes, mockups, user testing)
Experience in Fintech is desired. Experience in e-commerce / transaction businesses is a must.
Proficient with design and prototyping software such as Sketch, XD, Figma, Invision, & so on.
