About this Position
We are looking for a skilled product designer to create a unique and user-friendly product that provides pleasant experiences for customer. You will be reporting to Head of Design and working with other designers and developers.
Job Description
As our Astronaut, you will do:
- Create and implement attractive and user-friendly interface designs from concept to final hand-off to Product and Engineering teams by focusing on user experience in particular stream.
- Influence product and engineering to take up design backlog to increase delightful experience for users.
- Solve various problems that may arise by using analytical and data-driven approach and become a key contributor with product manager to stream level strategy and target.
- Define the product briefs, create and present ideas or solution to the team and stakeholders.
- Document the design process for each feature, such as research findings, ideations, usability testing, release, and monitor the impact after the product release.
- Conduct usability testing sessions to gather user’s feedback.
- Proactively seek feedback from stakeholders and users to ensure the intended goals are met.
- Make new features and improvements for product based on user’s feedback.
- Develop mockups and prototypes if needed.
Job Requirements
In order to launch sucessfully, you need to have:
- Senior expert design system with at least 3-5 years of experience as a product designer
- Experience in analytic tools to gather data
- Creative ideas with problem solving mindset
- Good knowledge of design fundamentals, such as design thinking framework and other framework in order to develop products.
- Ability to sketch the ideas into a wireframe.
- Proficiency and experience in working with wireframing tools that are used in product design roles, such as Overflow, Miro, Figma, etc.
- Solid understanding in design validation through quantitative or qualitative research.
- Exceptional organizational skills, project management, time management, collaborative teamwork to manage stakeholders.
