About you :
- Experienced / Fresh graduate are welcome
- D3/D4/S1 in Electro/Electronics/Industrial engineering.
- Experience with design software and tools, such as CAD and simulation software
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and diagrams
- Able to work under pressure/enjoy challenges, Strong attention to detail and precision in work
- Possess strong leadership, analytical skills & Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and precision in work
- Communicative, cooperative, proactive and teamwork abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Key responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and optimize physical and digital products from concept through mass production readiness
- Clearly communicate the design process to all stakeholders and report on progress and testing results
- Use wireframing apps, 3D modeling software, and similar applications to produce prototypes
- Develop new tech solutions according to client requirements and industry standards to create functional, high-quality solutions
- Test products to ensure they meet performance and quality standards
- Improve and update existing product solutions as per the latest industry updates
- Work closely with other teams to ensure that product design is efficient and smooth
- Conduct market research to inform product development decisions
About the role :
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Product Design Engineer at PT SUCACO Tbk in Kalideres. The role involves responsibility for designing, developing, and optimizing physical and digital products from the initial concept stage through to readiness for mass production.
