Job Description:
- Independently manage product certification and registration processes for imported products in accordance with applicable Indonesian regulations.
- Identify certification, registration, and licensing requirements for different product categories, including SNI, PKRT, and BPOM, where applicable.
- Prepare, review, and manage the documents required for product certification and registration.
- Coordinate with relevant government authorities, certification bodies, testing laboratories, consultants, and suppliers in China.
- Monitor the progress of certification applications and ensure all required processes are completed within the expected timeline.
- Review product documentation, labels, and supporting materials to ensure compliance with applicable Indonesian regulations.
- Monitor regulatory updates that may affect product certification, importation, and market entry.
- Maintain accurate records of certificates, registrations, licenses, and their validity periods.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure products meet applicable regulatory requirements before being marketed in Indonesia.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in product certification, product registration, regulatory affairs, or product licensing.
- Practical experience handling product certification or registration processes in Indonesia.
- Familiarity with Indonesian product regulations, particularly SNI, PKRT, and BPOM requirements, depending on product category.
- Ability to independently identify applicable regulatory requirements and manage certification processes from document preparation through submission and follow-up.
- Experience with imported consumer goods, mother and baby products, is highly preferred.
- Strong coordination, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple certification processes simultaneously.
