Job Description
- Develop and execute visual merchandising strategies to strengthen brand identity and enhance customer experience.
- Create product display concepts for stores, exhibitions, events, roadshows, and promotional activities.
- Ensure all visual merchandising materials and executions align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Creative teams to support product launches, campaigns, and brand activation initiatives.
- Provide recommendations on product placement, display arrangement, and overall visual presentation.
- Assist in creating branding concepts and supporting materials for marketing activities.
- Conduct site visits and evaluate merchandising effectiveness, providing recommendations for improvement.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices related to branding and visual merchandising.
- Coordinate with vendors and external partners when required for project execution.
- Deliver project outputs according to agreed timelines and project objectives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Visual Communication Design (DKV), Interior Design, Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field.
- Experience in Visual Merchandising, Branding, Retail Display, Event Styling, or related fields is preferred.
- Strong understanding of branding, visual presentation, and customer experience principles.
- Possesses a strong eye for aesthetics, layout composition, and visual presentation.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and able to translate brand concepts into engaging visual executions.
- Strong communication and project coordination skills.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, or other relevant design tools.
- Portfolio showcasing branding, merchandising, retail display, or related projects is preferred.
