Deskripsi pekerjaan PRODUCT APPLICATION ASSISTANT PT. TRIPPER NATURE
Job Descriptions:
- Execute and support product application trials (e.g. bakery, confectionery, beverages), including preparing materials/ingredients, operating equipment, and maintaining a clean and organised workspace
- Record, analyse, and summarise trial results to support formulation improvement and consistency
- Develop and test simple recipe ideas or application variations, and contribute to ongoing product exploration
- Support the smooth day-to-day operation of the application lab, with the ability to take ownership of tasks independently
- Document application processes and results for internal and external purposes
- Support product presentations, demonstrations, or documentation activities when required
Job Requirements:
1. Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Culinary Arts, or related field (fresh graduates are welcome)
2. Strong interest in food & beverage applications and product development
3. Hands-on, detail-oriented, and disciplined in execution
4. Able to work both collaboratively and independently, with good sense of ownership
5. Proactive, curious, and willing to experiment with new ideas
6. Able to translate ideas into simple recipes or application concepts
7. Comfortable working in environments involving documentation, presentations, or digital communication activities
8. Good communication skills with clear and professional delivery
9. Familiarity with social media and basic photo/video editing tools is a plus
