🚀 WE’RE HIRING — PRODUCT ANALYST

We are looking for an experienced Product Analyst to join our team and support product strategy and business analysis initiatives within the banking/financial services industry.

📌 Position: Product Analyst

📍 Location: Jakarta

🏢 Working Arrangement: WFO — Client Office

💼 Employment Type: Dedicated Freelancer

⏳ Experience: Minimum 4–5 years in a similar role

🔎 Key Responsibilities

Support product strategy assessment and provide data-driven recommendations.

Analyze product portfolios, customer segments, pricing, product features, and performance.

Conduct analysis to identify customer needs, market opportunities, and product improvement areas.

Perform market research and competitor benchmarking to support product strategy development.

Develop strategic options and support the preparation of business cases for product-related recommendations.

Translate quantitative and market insights into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders.

Prepare PowerPoint presentations and analytical materials for management and business stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Management, Statistics, or a related field.

Minimum 4–5 years of experience as a Product Analyst, Product Strategy Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.

Strong experience in quantitative analysis, product analysis, and customer/product economics.

Strong understanding of market research, competitor benchmarking, and product strategy.

Experience in the banking or financial services industry is highly preferred.

Exposure to microfinance products/business is a strong advantage.

Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.

Excellent PowerPoint presentation and data storytelling skills.

Able to work independently and communicate effectively with business stakeholders.

Willing to work fully onsite (WFO) at the client's office in Jakarta.

💼 Working Terms

This role will be engaged on a daily-rate basis with the following terms:

No Work, No Pay

Dedicated freelancer

Working hours follow the client's schedule, approximately 8–12 hours/day
