About This Role
We are looking for a creative, organized, and data-driven Producer to manage the Paraswara YouTube channel. As the heart of the production process, you will be fully responsible for everything from guest research and creative concept development to ensuring each video's performance reaches its maximum potential.

Key Responsibilities (Job Description)
1. Creative & Pre-Production Planning
- Conduct in-depth research on social media trends and audience behavior for the development of new programs/IPs.
- Develop detailed program concepts, prepare talking points, and conduct background research on guests to ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
- Lead the briefing process for guests and coordinate with third parties regarding decoration, lighting, audio, and mood boards.
2. Production & Operations Management
- Manage production call sheets and distribute them to all relevant teams and parties.
- Ensure smooth filming processes by overseeing location availability, props, and visual/audio quality in accordance with production guidelines.
- Take responsibility for production cost efficiency and vendor evaluations.
3. Post-Production & Digital Strategy
- Supervise the editing process and provide briefs to editors for creating short-form content (video clips/shorts).
- Manage visual assets (thumbnails) by coordinating with Graphic Designers.
- Handle digital channel management: video uploading, SEO optimization (titles, descriptions, hashtags), and community management (moderating comments).
4. Monitoring & Evaluation
- Conduct regular reviews of video performance and the overall Paraswara YouTube channel.
- Compile reports on timeline realization, content performance, and production expenditure.
5. Authority & Decision Making
- Determine the guests to be invited to YouTube Paraswara.
- Hold full control over copywriting (titles & thumbnails), production timelines, and visual asset selection.
- Determine the final cut of videos authorized for upload.
- Make technical decisions on-site, including location selection and the use of production props.
Qualifications We Are Looking For
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience as a Producer (preferably handling YouTube channels or Digital Media).
- Strong research skills with the ability to translate trends into engaging content concepts.
- Understanding of basic production technicalities (audio, framing, lighting) and post-production workflows.
- Exceptional time management skills to handle tight production timelines.
- Proficient in YouTube SEO strategies and video performance data analysis.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively brief guests and internal teams.
