Job Responsibilities
Support the Producer throughout pre-production, production, and post-production processes.
Coordinate production schedules, talents, vendors, and operational requirements.
Manage styling and wardrobe preparation based on creative concepts and project needs.
Source, organize, maintain, and return wardrobe, props, and production materials.
Coordinate closely with Creative, Production, Makeup Artists, Stylists, and Talents.
Prepare production checklists and ensure all production requirements are ready before shooting.
Assist with production administration, budgeting, and project documentation.
Act as an on-site production coordinator during shooting sessions.
Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Minimum 1 year of experience in a Production House, Creative Agency, Event Organizer, or Fashion Industry.
Strong interest in styling, fashion, and wardrobe management.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Detail-oriented with strong communication and coordination abilities.
Willing to work on-site with flexible working hours, including weekends when required.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Possession of a valid driver's license (SIM A/C) is an advantage.
