• End-to-End Freight Logistics: Coordinate with local shipping agents, domestic freight forwarders, and customs offices to handle raw material transit and final-mile distribution to regional fulfilment hubs.
• On-Site Quality Assurance: Conduct regular, multi-stage factory audits and post-production quality control protocols to ensure sportswear meets strict global licensing and athletic apparel benchmarks.
• Cost & Capacity Management: Run competitive bidding matches between factories, negotiate strict cost-per-piece metrics, and secure production priority during peak tournament seasons.
• Inventory Data Control: Maintain real-time tracking of local manufacturing schedules, factory capacities, shipping timelines, and regional warehouse stock levels.

• Skills: Exceptional vendor negotiation, fabric/trim knowledge, and complete mastery of local Indonesian shipping infrastructure.
• DNA: Highly entrepreneurial, analytical organizer who thrives on the factory floor and has zero tolerance for manufacturing flaws or shipping delays.
