Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Management, or related field
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in procurement/purchasing, preferably with supervisory experience
- Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) and English
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Good understanding of procurement processes, sourcing, and supply chain management
- Able to analyze pricing, contracts, and market trends
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP/procurement systems
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Detail-oriented and well organized
Job Responsibilities
- Manage procurement activities and purchasing processes for company needs
- Source and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best price, quality, and delivery terms
- Build and maintain good relationships with vendors, especially Mandarin-speaking suppliers
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with related departments regarding purchasing needs
- Review and evaluate supplier performance regularly
- Prepare procurement reports, purchase orders, and related documentation
- Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures
- Supervise and guide procurement staff/team members
- Handle contract negotiations and supplier agreements
- Coordinate with overseas suppliers and support import/export purchasing activities if needed
