Job Description
- Handle day-to-day purchasing activities and prepare purchase orders based on requests.
- Maintain communication with suppliers and customers.
- Follow up on customers' orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Ensure that shipping documents are in order and compliant with standards for smooth delivery to customers' destinations.
- Ensure the inspection result is up to standard.
- Solve product-related issues and handle customer complaints promptly.
- Maintain and update procurement records and database.

- Proficient level of written and verbal communication in English.
