📡 We’re Hiring: Procurement Staff
PT Mitra Sinergi Telematika is expanding and currently looking for a Purchasing Officer to support our procurement activities and ensure the timely acquisition of materials, equipment, and services required for business operations and project execution.
This role will be responsible for vendor sourcing, procurement administration, purchase order management, supplier coordination, cost control, and ensuring efficient purchasing processes in line with company requirements.
🎓 Qualifications:
✔ Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering or Electrical Engineering
✔ At least 1 year of experience in Purchasing, Procurement, or Material Control, preferably in construction or infrastructure projects; fresh graduates are also welcome to apply
✔ Good understanding of construction materials, equipment, and procurement processes
✔ Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail in monitoring, validating, and reconciling data
✔ Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
✔ Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with working knowledge of ERP systems preferred
✔ Possess valid SIM A & SIM C licenses and able to operate both two-wheeled and four-wheeled vehicles
✔ Willing to work under tight deadlines and in dynamic project environments
