📍Placement : Kota Bekasi
Requirements :
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree (Supply Chain, Management, or Accounting preferred).
- 1–2 years of experience in procurement/purchasing (F&B/retail preferred).
- Strong negotiation and cost analysis skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and purchasing/ERP systems.
- Detail-oriented, communicative, and able to work under targets and deadlines.
- Familiar with ESB System
Job Description :
- Handle purchasing processes based on operational needs and company budget.
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers (price, quality, payment terms, lead time).
- Issue and monitor Purchase Orders (PO) to ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with operations and warehouse teams regarding stock and material requirements.
- Monitor inventory levels and control purchasing costs for efficiency.
- Maintain complete purchasing documentation and coordinate with the accounting team.
- Prepare periodic purchasing and supplier evaluation reports.
