Requirements :

2. Bachelor's degree in any related field
3. Minimum experience as a Procurement / Purchaser for 3 years, in Oil and Gas industry will be advantage
4. Able to join in the end of October
As a Procurement Specialist & Assistant, you will play a crucial role in managing the end-to-end procurement process while supporting senior staff with administrative and analytical tasks. Your key responsibilities will include :
1. Identifying and evaluating potential suppliers,
2. Negotiating favorable terms for material and commodity purchases, and maintaining strong relationships with existing vendors.
3. Will be expected to oversee supplier development initiatives, ensure compliance with procurement policies, and assist in the preparation of purchase orders and contracts, ensuring that all materials are sourced cost-effectively and delivered on time to support our business objectives, etc.
