WE ARE HIRING – PROCUREMENT STAFF
PT Amertec Eraplast is inviting experienced and motivated professionals to join our team as:
Placement: Head Office
Responsibilities:
- Handle procurement activities for project and operational requirements
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers/vendors for the best price and terms
- Ensure timely purchasing and delivery of materials, equipment, and services
- Monitor purchase orders, delivery schedules, and supplier performance
- Coordinate with project, engineering, warehouse, and finance teams regarding procurement needs
- Conduct cost analysis and support budget control activities
- Maintain good relationships with vendors and suppliers
- Ensure procurement processes comply with company procedures and project timelines
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in procurement, preferably in construction, industrial, mining, MEP/MEI, or project environments
- Strong understanding of procurement processes, vendor management, and negotiation
- Experience in project procurement and material sourcing is preferred
- Good analytical thinking, communication, and negotiation skills
- Able to work independently and under pressure
