Deskripsi pekerjaan Procurement Staff PT Nusatama Berkah Tbk

Conduct daily purchasing activities for spare parts and supplies, both local and international.
Compare prices, specifications, and delivery terms to identify the best deal for the company.
Build and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
Process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to restock critical items.
Maintain accurate procurement records and supplier databases.
Assist in evaluating supplier performance and negotiating contract terms.
Coordinate with internal departments (sales, warehouse, finance) to ensure smooth procurement flow.
Ensure all purchases comply with company policies and budgetary requirements.
