Job Responsibilities
- Handle procurement activities including sourcing, purchasing, and supplier negotiation
- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (PO) accurately and on time
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with related departments for material requirements
- Compare prices, quality, and delivery performance from suppliers
- Maintain procurement records, vendor databases, and purchasing documents
- Ensure purchased materials meet company specifications and deadlines
- Coordinate with suppliers regarding delivery schedules and payment terms
- Support cost-saving initiatives and procurement efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 1 year experience in procurement/purchasing (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Good negotiation and communication skills
- Familiar with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure
- Experience using ERP systems is a plus
- Able to communicate in English is preferred
