Procurement Staff - Renewable (English is a must) - Bali

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end procurement processes (RFQ, negotiation, purchase orders, and delivery tracking)
• Source and evaluate suppliers for renewable energy components (e.g., solar panels, inverters, batteries, EPC services)
• Compare prices, specifications, and delivery timelines to ensure cost efficiency
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors and negotiate contracts and pricing
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams for demand planning
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and regulations
• Prepare procurement reports and maintain accurate documentation

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement/purchasing, preferably in renewable energy, construction, or engineering
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
• Familiarity with solar PV components or renewable energy projects is a plus
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and procurement systems/ERP
• Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
